This lost wax bronze cast sculpture deals with the idea of security in an age of technology.  In this day and age we really a lot on technology and most of us feel pretty secure on a daily basis.  But even with how secure technology makes us feel now there is a lot of the unknown out there.  In this sculpture I wanted to capture the idea that we may not be as secure as we think.  That's why I did this design in bronze and chose to create a puzzle effect within the lock itself.  For no matter how secure we feel or how hard or tough we think our security is it could all fall apart in an instant.
